They have hooked claws that are adapted to hooking to the crinoid in order to hang on and hide.

Crinoid squat lobsters display coloration and body shape adaptations that help them blend in with the arms of their host crinoids, providing effective camouflage from predators.

Feeding Behavior:

They are opportunistic feeders, scavenging on organic matter and small invertebrates that drift past them in ocean currents.
